Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy CEO at Seatylock in Shefayim. This position offers the opportunity to lead the company’s daily operations and ensure its smooth functioning while supporting the CEO in advancing and expanding the company’s activities. The Deputy CEO will be responsible for overseeing operations management, business planning, sales, day-to-day work flow, driving the company toward its goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the company, including office staff and ongoing operations.
• Responsibility for improving and streamlining company processes and functions.
• Accurate implementation and execution of commercial and retail processes.
• Manage the company's interactions with international partners.

Requirements

• Proven managerial experience, including working with international companies/clients – essential.
• Excellent English – essential.
• Proven excellence – a track record of achievements and the ability to excel in previous roles – essential.
• Relevant degree – advantage.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and digital industries – advantage.
• Experience in managing and operating the supply chain, logistics, and customer service- advantage.
• Excellent management and execution skills, attention to detail, perfectionism, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead organizational changes.
