What You'll Do at Sweep

• Take a proactive role in shaping and enhancing our product offering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop features for our CRM platform.
• Participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Learn and master Salesforce development under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Tackle technical challenges and develop creative, scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional development experience with a strong foundation in coding and software design.
• A BA\BSc in Computer Science.
• A demonstrated ability to learn new technologies independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a love for tackling logic challenges.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or previous experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Background working in high-scale, production-level environments is a strong advantage.
