Vice President of Products

We are looking for an experienced VP of Product to lead and scale our product team. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation through to execution, and play a critical part in shaping the future of mobile and web products that empower students to unlock their creative potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Scale the Product Team: Drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and lead a team of product managers and designers to create innovative, user-centric products.
• Develop Mobile and Web Products: Focus on building mobile-first solutions that foster creativity in students. Experience in web product development is a plus.
• Integrate AI Tools: Lead the integration of AI-driven features to enhance creative learning experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure product alignment with our mission and business goals.
• User-Centric Approach: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor products, and user needs to continuously refine and improve product offerings.
• Global Scaling: Ensure the product is designed with scalability in mind for diverse, international markets.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of product leadership experience in a startup or high-growth environment, preferably in the EdTech sector.
• Strong expertise in mobile product development (iOS and/or Android), with a deep understanding of mobile-first design and technology. Experience with web products is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, managing multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with AI tools and understanding of how to integrate them into mobile/web applications.
• Passion for the EdTech space and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in educational products. Experience in EdTech is a bonus but not a requirement.
• Familiarity with global markets and product scaling.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams, align stakeholders, and represent product vision to investors and partners.
