Local Onsite IT Infrastructure Manager, Rotem & Periclase

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the technical support team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Manage incoming service requests, prioritize tasks, and efficiently distribute workload among team members.
• Deliver professional on-site support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, servers, and networks.
• Manage diverse IT systems and implement information security measures.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the data center.
• Manage the procurement of IT equipment and maintain service agreements with vendors.
• Lead infrastructure projects and actively contribute to technology-related initiatives.
• Design, implement, and maintain local area networks, troubleshooting network-related issues.
• Manage and maintain access control systems.
• Provide support for laboratory management systems, ICP interfaces, robots, and barcode printers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in an IT environment.
• At least 5 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and network setup.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Experience with VMware servers is a plus.
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment is a plus.
