CRM Dynamics 365 System Analyst

Location: Tel Aviv, Ramat-Hachayal

Job Description:

• Writing complex specification documents, including addressing the functional aspect, system integration, and ERD diagrams.
• Analyzing requirements from stakeholders, investigating the current state, diving into details, understanding business requirements, and identifying needs and gaps.
• Managing work interfaces with relevant project stakeholders, ability to drive and professionally guide them, including direct contact with development and supporting the testing process.

Job Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in writing specification documents in the Dynamics 365 system (High level & Detail design) - a must
• Experience writing complex specifications in a multi-process environment
• Ability to work independently as part of a team, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation
• Experience in long-term savings/financial organizations – an advantage
• Relevant academic degree/system analysis course – an advantage
