Assistant Controller

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Controller to join our finance team. This is a key role in the IL finance department, with a material impact.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the daily operations of the accounting department
• Reporting to IL Controller
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
• Ad-hoc analytical reviews
• Preparation of statutory reports (annual financial reports and tax reports)
• Weekly & monthly cash flow reporting including forecast
• Focal point for Corporate Finance
• Oversight of Bookkeepers' daily work

Requirements

• CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm, with a minimum 3 years of experience
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent Excel skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines
• Requires enthusiasm, team communication, hard work, and follow‐through
