Junior Graphic Designer

We are a leading manufacturer and seller of baby monitors, dedicated to providing parents with peace of mind. We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and play an important role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to develop their skills and contribute to a global brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Appearance

• Assist in revising and maintaining the Brand Book for consistency and simplicity.
• Support copyright and branding compliance across all visual assets.
• Collaborate on the design and improvement of our Shopify global sites, including:
• Enhance the visual presence of our brand on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart):
• Create and adapt designs for social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Assist in the revision of email marketing templates for campaigns.
• Design and optimize PPC ad assets to align with brand guidelines.
• Provide branding guidance for influencer collaborations and ensure consistency in requirements.

Strategic Visual Planning

• Assist in planning holiday calendars, country-specific deals, and promotional events.
• Support visual strategy for product launches and marketing campaigns (email/SMS).

Product Visuals

• Contribute to the design of product packaging, including gift boxes and user guides.
• Assist in creating visually appealing product inserts.

External Collaboration

• Coordinate with external suppliers, including freelancers on Fiverr and UpWork, to manage outsourced design projects.

Qualifications

• A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
