Integration Line Manager

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and highly motivated Technical Integration Line Manager to lead our Integration Line, a critical function serving as a one-stop-shop and competency center for end-to-end integration solutions within the Life & Pension division.

The Integration Line consists of over 70 professionals diverse expertise and roles, all dedicated to delivering seamless system and process integrations that align with our customers' business objectives. . This role is pivotal in driving the development, customization, and delivery of out-of-the-box (OOTB) product integration solutions for end clients. The manager ensures operational excellence, team development, and seamless project execution, contributing to client satisfaction and organizational success

This role demands a balance of technical leadership and strategic planning to develop product-side integration solutions while managing and delivering integration projects efficiently and effectively.

This role is integral to ensuring that all integration efforts support broader business objectives while delivering exceptional value to our customers. Your ability to align technical solutions with business goals and facilitate smooth transitions will be vital to the success of our integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Development and Delivery:
• Lead the successful design, development, and delivery of OOTB product integration solutions tailored to client needs.
• Hands on involvement of E2E architecture design solutions and troubleshooting.
• Establish and maintain best practices in integration methodologies, tools, documentation and standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ensure delivery meets or exceeds expectations. Includes on site meetings and support.
• Leadership and Team Management:
• Oversee and manage the integration line, ensuring effective coordination across a diverse team of developers, engineers, and delivery specialists.
• Provide strategic direction, mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance productivity, skill development and quality.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Continuously assess and optimize resource allocation, project prioritization, and workflow efficiency.
  
  

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in [relevant fields, e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management].
• Requirements:
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing large teams.
• Java Development background/ ex integration developer
• Experience knowledge and understanding the life insurance business – a significant advantage.
• Experience with policy administration systems (PAS) - a significant advantage .
• Strong management and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge and understanding of cloud (Azure) environment including integration security aspects
• Proficiency in integration platforms, frameworks, and tools [e.g., API management systems, ETL and middleware technologies].
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation to clients and stakeholder management.
