Help Desk Support Specialist

We are hiring a talented Help Desk Specialist to join a highly successful financial company located in Central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for PC systems and Microsoft operating systems
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware issues for desktops and laptops
• Administer and support Exchange and email-related tasks
• Handle user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory/GPO.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
• Deliver excellent customer service to end-users and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

-3 years of experience as a Help Desk professional

-Proficiency in working with PC systems and Microsoft operating systems

-Experience with hardware support for desktops and laptops

-Experience with Exchange administration

-Proficiency in Active Directory, GPO, and user permissions management
