The role includes leading the R&D team, defining organizational culture, recruitment, and driving significant growth processes.

The company is currently building its core team and expects to double in size within the next year.

Tech Stack: Rust, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes

• Strong product mindset with deep understanding of customer needs
