Position: Quality Assurance - Safety and Environmental Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Quality Assurance:

• Oversee quality issues in the production and assembly departments
• Conduct ongoing and final quality control checks in production and assembly
• Ensure quality control for products sent to external customers
• Identify and resolve quality issues during production processes and acceptance inspections
• Control employee authorizations and certifications
• Monitor and implement MRB processes and committee decisions
• Ensure the implementation of preventive actions
• Collaborate with the quality department and site managers to maintain high standards

🔹 Safety and Environment:

• Administer 45001 safety standards and 14001 environmental standards
• Manage internal audits, documentation, and closeout according to standard requirements
• Support external audits with documentation, monitoring, and corrective/preventive actions

Requirements:

🔹 Mechanical Engineer with a technical background

🔹 Strong interpersonal skills

🔹 High proficiency in both Hebrew and English

🔹 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
