We’re looking for an Accounting Expert who thrives at the intersection of accounting, technology and customer collaboration. In this role, you’ll guide new customers through onboarding, ensure they get the most out of our platform and act as a strategic partner in helping them optimize their financial operations.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong accounting or finance background, a passion for solving problems with technology and the drive to make a direct impact on customers’ success.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Work closely with customers to configure Ledge’s platform, ensuring alignment with their specific financial workflows and goals
- Workflow Analysis: Analyze customers’ payment processes and financial data, identifying areas to automate and streamline
- Training and Support: Empower customers with the tools and knowledge they need to confidently use Ledge’s platform
- Customer Success Management: Build lasting relationships by understanding customers’ evolving needs and ensuring they achieve their financial objectives with our solution
- Insights and Optimization: Regularly review and refine customer workflows, leveraging data to provide actionable insights and enhance efficiency
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and marketing teams to help shape our roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification is a plus
- Experience with Financial Statements and Accounting Software
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across finance and technology teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
