Talent Acquisition Team Leader

We are looking for a Talent acquisition Team leader at Naya Technologies.

Leading small recruiting team (up to 2 employees).

End-to-end management of recruitment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team management and leadership
• Perform full-cycle recruitment processes in technology fields
• Creation of sourcing plans, KPIs and monitoring team’s hiring goals
• Creating and maintain a pool of potential candidates
• Participating and representing at professional events
• Ability to establish and maintain professional networking relationships within the tech industry
• Assisting the technical manager in recruitment processes and candidate evaluation
• Experience in optimizing recruitment workflows and implementing candidate experience best practices
• Collaborate with senior management to identify needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in recruitment
• 2 years of experience in management
• In-depth knowledge of the Israeli market and advanced recruitment strategies
• Experience in modern recruiting systems like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work with senior levels
• High level English - mandatory
