Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a senior bookkeeper to join our growing team.

The position:

Manage accounts payable and receivables, including processing new vendors (local and

foreign), and preparing payments.

 Ongoing bookkeeping, including collecting, categorizing, and filing all invoices

and receipts

 Ensure accurate financial records, including general ledgers, journal entries,

payables, receivables, and fixed assets.

 Manage bank accounts, including daily reconciliations and monthly controls

 Create and process employee’s expense and travel reports

 Prepare trial balance, including month-end accruals and supporting

documentation for monthly closing process

 Make sure all materials are ready for the annual audit

What you bring:

 Formal education in bookkeeping, certified bookkeeper type 3

 Have at least 8 years of experience as a bookkeeper.

 Highly proficient in Excel

 Experience working with bookkeeping software (ERP), accounting software (e.g.,

Priority)

 Strong written & verbal communication skills in English

 Love collaborating with others and working in a team

 Extreme attention to detail

 Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment

 Proven record of taking ownership and getting shit done

This is a full-time position, located in Tel-Aviv- Ramat Ahayal.
