We are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager to join us in the Finance department.
Responsibilities:
- Global Payroll Management: Manage the payroll array for Enlight's global employees in collaboration with external payroll management companies, including ongoing monitoring and control.
- Payroll Management in Israel: Oversee a Payroll Accountant who is responsible for all aspects of payroll and related matters for Israeli employees in the company.
- Tracking Payroll Legislation: Understand and implement payroll changes and regulations in Europe and integrate it into the organization's compensation and benefits processes.
- Primary Contact for Tax and Payroll Matters: Maintain communication with global employees and provide professional responses to their inquiries.
- Budgeting and Payroll Processes Management: Refine and prepare payroll and compensation data, monitor organizational payroll budgets, and provide semi-annual updates on payroll and benefits budget status.
- Equity-Based Compensation Management: Oversee the management of equity-based compensation programs, collaborate with IBI CAPITAL as the trustee of employee compensation programs, support policy development in collaboration with the HR department and external consultants through economic analyses of total compensation.
- Organization-Wide Payroll Processes Management: Refine and prepare data for process management, salary discussions, and workforce budget planning.
Requierments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or other relevant fields –a must
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management in a global organization - a must
- Knowledge of payroll, taxation, and international labor laws, with a focus on Europe
- Familiarity with equity-based compensation systems and experience working with trustees and relevant institutions
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis, benchmarking, and making data-driven decisions
- High-level English proficiency – a must; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with global and complex interfaces
