Senior Product Designer

BiltOn is an advanced, cloud-based platform designed to allow construction companies to easily and efficiently supervise and coordinate workflows and worker safety on construction sites. BiltOn rapidly grew and developed into a comprehensive platform with various innovative tools and features enabling construction managers to streamline their work processes.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing product team!

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will work closely with our Lead product designer to deliver the best solutions.

About The Role

• Design and deliver end-to-end product flows/UX/UI that translate big abstract ideas into concrete solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, R&D, and business stakeholders to ensure BiltOn is building the right solutions that address the highest-order needs of both our business and users
• Define simple and elegant solutions for complex problems, creating friction-free experiences
• Be a fierce advocate for best-in-class UX/UI across the entire design lifecycle of our products
• Map user flows, design, prototype, test and iterate on new features and products prior and post launch
• Design and maintain interaction patterns and libraries

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience building and shipping products throughout the entire (UX and UI) product design cycle at a product company - must
• Proficient in visual design and aesthetics, including typography, color, layout, as well as mobile and desktop UI
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, communicate efficiently and share ideas early on in the product design process
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Strong skills and knowledge of Figma - must
• High level of written and spoken English
