Team Leader - System Administrator

Job Description:

Comprehensive responsibility for planning, operation, implementation, and maintenance of IT and system infrastructures within the organization. This includes managing a system team, advanced virtualization systems with multiple servers, and shaping the organization's future technological infrastructure strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning, implementing, and maintaining network and server infrastructures according to organizational work plans.
2. Installing, deploying, and upgrading IT systems, including operating systems and updates.
3. Managing installations and upgrades while ensuring operational continuity.
4. Operating and managing advanced virtualization infrastructures in a multi-server environment.
5. Leading technological projects in a defense organization while adhering to high standards.
6. Managing and leading the system administration team.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience as a system administrator in a SMB organization, focusing on Windows environments – Mandatory.
2. Proven experience in installation, management, planning, and implementation of virtual infrastructures, particularly VMware – Mandatory.
3. Expertise in managing, installing, implementing, & maintaining AD infrastructures – Mandatory.
4. Experience and knowledge in email systems, including MS O365 and Exchange – Mandatory.
5. Proven experience & knowledge in storage (NAS and SAN) & backup solutions – Mandatory.
6. Experience in managing infrastructure technologies that serve hundreds of end users in multi-system environments.
7. Expertise in GPO management and PowerShell scripting.
8. Experience in team management.
9. Experience in operating server rooms and DC infrastructures in medium-to-large organizations.
10. Knowledge and experience in terminal systems – MS + VMware.
11. Knowledge in cybersecurity systems such as AV, NAC, VPN, FW – Advantage.
12. Relevant Certifications

High-level technical English – Mandatory.
