Salesforce implementer/analyst

A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a skilled Salesforce Implementer/Analyst to join its IT department. This role involves working in a dynamic, multi-system environment with advanced technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions on the Salesforce platform in the areas of sales, service, and marketing, as well as managing the platform on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and define user requirements, including writing detailed specifications.
• Design and implement technological solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Configure the Salesforce platform following best practices and utilizing out-of-the-box features.
• Lead tasks and projects in collaboration with various business units.
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Prepare test plans and conduct acceptance testing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with a strong understanding of system architecture, data structure, permissions model, Flows, Dashboards & Reports, Validations, and Approval Processes (mandatory).
• Experience in system analysis/testing (strong advantage).
• Salesforce Admin certification (strong advantage).
• Additional Salesforce certifications (advantage).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, including API interfaces (advantage).
• Project management and business process implementation experience (advantage).
• Familiarity with sales, marketing, and customer service processes (advantage).
• Knowledge and experience with development tools and SQL (advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• High-level English (speaking, reading, and writing).
