Aliyah & Community Manager – From Absorption to Contribution

Do you have a proven track record in managing teams and projects/events in Israel?

This dynamic role is perfect for someone with strong leadership, organizational, and creative skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage personal services, social and cultural activities, and volunteer programs

• Nurture operational partnerships

• Build and lead volunteer teams

• Organize nationwide events

• Create promotional materials

• Oversee CRM systems, events calendar, and maintain operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with basic Hebrew

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams and projects/events in Israel from A to Z

• Proactive, highly organized, multitasking, detail-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture

• Driver's license and car

Full-time position, hybrid, office in Herzliya
