Customer Project Manager

Position Overview

Nexite is a leading startup, revolutionizing retail IoT. We are developing a platform that merges the physical and digital retail spaces. Our innovative platform is based on cutting edge battery-less BLE tags that communicate with a cloud platform through an in-store wireless access network. Using our data and cloud platform, we can provide retailers with previously unattainable insights and analytics, and at the same time vastly improve customer experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Project Manager to join our team, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in high-tech industries or startups, combined with strong hands-on experience in on-site/field deployments. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

The Customer Project Manager will play a critical role in driving the successful integration and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment across internal teams, external suppliers, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Manage on-site/field deployments, coordinating activities and resolving any challenges to ensure seamless implementation
• Work closely with R&D, external suppliers, and other internal teams to integrate solutions effectively and address project dependencies
• Plan and execute solution integration and deployment processes, ensuring all components are aligned with customer requirements
• Utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify risks, analyze project performance, and make data-driven decisions
• Understand and navigate the complexity of working with multidisciplinary teams, identifying and managing interdependencies effectively
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach to problem-solving, providing proactive solutions, and taking ownership of project outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex multi-disciplinary project management roles, preferably in high-tech companies or startups
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certificates in project management are a plus
• Proven experience with on-site/field deployments, including planning, execution, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of solution integration, data analysis, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent analytical capabilities, including dependency analysis and the ability to manage complexity
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external partners
• A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with evolving customer requirements
