We at Eleos are building a state-of-the-art behavioral health CareOps automation solution. Our platform is a cutting-edge solution that turns behavioral health conversations into documentation and intelligence that drives better care, enhances therapists' day-to-day, and increases their effectiveness and success. Our solution uses proprietary NLP to digitize behavioral health conversations, track evidence-based care, and reduce documentation work by 50%+.

As an ML/LLM Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our R&D team, bridging the gap between research and production. You will build and maintain the infrastructure that empowers our data scientists to develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge ML and LLM solutions in a secure and compliant environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping transformative technologies and strategies by enabling and driving innovation within the company. Who are you?

• +3 years of proven industry experience in ML Engineering, MLOps, or a related field
• +3 years of experience in Python (production-grade coding)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML models
• Experience with ML experiment tracking and model versioning tools
• Experience with LLM deployment and optimization
• Experience with Data Science Project - advantage
• Experience with prompt engineering and management - advantage
• Experience with data versioning tools (e.g., Pachyderm, DVC) - advantage
• Experience with MLOps platforms (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow) - advantage
• Early-stage start-up experience - advantage
