We are looking for a talented individual to lead and support planning and implementation processes within our Public Sector Consulting team at Monitor Deloitte.

Our projects range from policy development and strategic planning to implementation and performance improvement.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a public service mindset: Someone who genuinely cares about making an impact, improving public services, and finds this work interesting and challenging.
• Is familiar with government operations (advantage): While not required, familiarity with government operations is an added benefit.
• Is organized and methodical, with a grounded approach but also capable of dreaming big and aiming high.
• Can break down tasks into components and prioritize effectively.
• Can quickly and sharply extract insights from conversations, discussions, and documents, and convey complex messages.
• Is passionate about working with people, has high interpersonal skills, the ability to engage others, and patience.
• Has experience and enjoys working in a team.
• Has significant experience in consulting (highly advantageous): Consulting experience is a significant plus, especially for those who have led or participated in government planning processes.
