About the Role: As an Import Export Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the logistics and documentation involved in the import and export of goods. You will collaborate with various departments, suppliers, and customs officials to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of products across borders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the logistics and documentation for import and export processes.
• Collaborate with departments, suppliers, and customs officials.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient movement of products across borders.
• Navigate complex regulations related to import and export.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in import/export coordination or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics software.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
