About the Role:

• Formulating and executing the organization's data strategy, leveraging data as a critical factor in improving decision-making.
• Managing a diverse data department, including Data Scientists, Analysts, and Campaign Management Team
• Promoting and developing data as a strategic resource, including building predictive models, AI-based forecasting, and implementing new tools.
• Working directly with senior management and business stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
• Leading cross-organizational data-driven projects.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree/relevant education in the field.
• Experience in a similar role in companies with data-driven business and marketing activities.
• Managerial experience and the ability to lead cross-organizational, data-based projects.
• Deep familiarity with the data domain and the ability to drive large-scale projects.
• Understanding of the financial sector.
