Global VP of Sales - Cybersecurity
Are you an accomplished sales leader in the cybersecurity industry, ready to take on a high-impact role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company?
We seek a Global VP of Sales to spearhead our global sales strategy and execution, driving substantial revenue growth and creating a world-class sales organization.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to scale revenue from $10M to $20M+, driving consistent, sustainable growth.
- Build, optimize, and continuously enhance a robust sales machine that includes processes, tools, and analytics to ensure peak performance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor sales metrics, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Drive revenue growth across the North American, EMEA, and EU markets, ensuring market-specific strategies align with global objectives.
- Focus on the enterprise market segment, tailoring strategies to meet the unique demands of enterprise-level customers in the different territories mentioned.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and maximize opportunities for cross-functional success.
- Represent the company at industry events, fostering relationships with key customers and partners.
- Proven track record as a VP of Sales in the cybersecurity industry (a must).
- Demonstrated success in scaling company revenue from $10M to $20M+ (a must).
- Over 7 years of experience as a global VP of Sales, with in-depth knowledge of global markets, particularly North America, EMEA, and EU (a must).
- Extensive experience selling to the enterprise market segment in these territories (a must).
- Startup experience is a must, with a proven ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments (a must).
- Highly data-driven, with expertise in leveraging analytics to drive decision-making and optimize sales processes (a must).
- Strong people-oriented leadership with exceptional skills in building, managing, and motivating global teams.
- Experience in creating and refining a scalable sales infrastructure that aligns with company goals and adapts to market demands.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
This role is exclusively for candidates with extensive experience as a VP of Sales or Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) within the cybersecurity industry. Candidates looking to level up into their first VP role, or those with backgrounds in operations, marketing, or other fields of expertise, are not suitable for this position.
