Position: Bookkeeper with Expertise in American Companies

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with a specialization in handling financial operations for American companies. This role involves full responsibility for bookkeeping tasks, ensuring compliance with both U.S. and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and financial reporting.

Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.

Handling tax reporting and compliance with U.S. authorities (e.g., IRS).

Collaborating with internal departments and external U.S.-based accountants.

Requirements:

Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2 or 3) – mandatory.

Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience – mandatory.

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP – significant advantage.

High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Priority or SAP) – an advantage.
