Information Systems Implementer

The position is open to both women and men.

Experience: +3 years of experience

Position Type: Full-time & hybrid.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Implementer who seeks professional and technological challenges, has a high service orientation, and can work with clients, users, and technology partners. Join a leading team that works with a variety of applications and solutions for managing information systems in the fields of CRM and ERP.

Responsibilities:

Learn the application of existing system components in the company.
Complete the necessary training for the role.
Ongoing work with users and suppliers in the development and maintenance of applications. Understand the needs and requirements of system users.
Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
Specialize in the technology of the application, with the ability to characterize improvements.
Work collaboratively with other implementers, infrastructure teams, and development teams.
Write specification documents, oversee developers, and conduct tests until the solution is implemented in different departments.
Manage and drive suppliers for service and support in the systems.
Full-time and hybrid position.

Requirements:

High self-learning ability.
Orientation and understanding of code, an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
High level of English: reading, writing, and speaking.
At least 3 years of experience in implementing and embedding systems and software solutions in the fields of CRM/ERP.
Experience in implementing and embedding systems and software solutions in the BI field.
Familiarity and experience with Priority, SAP, Monday, Salesforce systems .
