What You'll Do:

• Manage and deploy updates, releases, and changes for web- and cloud-based systems in production environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues using advanced monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to address challenges and deliver high-level support.
• Guide and implement new projects while providing top-tier support to first-line teams and development groups.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing web-based applications and cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS).
• Expertise with Kubernetes-based Microservices management.
• Advanced experience with web infrastructure technologies: IIS, WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat.
• Proficiency in Windows Server-based Microsoft infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience with user-side troubleshooting tools like Network Monitor, Wireshark, Fiddler, Process Monitor, and Browser Developer Console.
• Familiarity with web monitoring systems: SCOM, AppDynamics, Elasticsearch, Kibana.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM) and encrypted communication for SSL certificate-based web applications.
• Scripting experience in Bash, Python, Batch, or PowerShell.
