Architectural Coordinator

We are seeking a Resident Changes Coordinator / Architectural Coordinator to join our team. This role involves guiding residents through the process of customizing their apartments, from the purchase stage to key delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with residents to review and implement changes to standard apartment plans.
• Prepare detailed execution plans, including electrical, plumbing, and construction layouts.
• Price and manage payments for requested changes.
• Coordinate supplier orders, ensure alignment with apartment plans, and oversee approvals.
• Provide instructions and plans to subcontractors for execution.
• Address and resolve issues during construction.
• Inspect apartments to ensure all changes are implemented according to approved plans.
• Manage project lifecycle, including:
• Preparing material matrices (e.g., flooring, cladding) for supplier orders.
• Creating AutoCAD plans for residents.
• Consolidating orders, providing approvals, and generating reports.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Open to recent graduates with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
