Data Infrastructure Lead

A leading SaaS security startup is looking for a Data & Infrastructure Team Lead to join their team.

About the Role:

In this position, you’ll lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines and backend infrastructure while managing cloud architecture to ensure security, performance, and high availability. You'll be responsible for key infrastructure projects, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize data infrastructure for real-time and batch processing.
• Architect and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the seamless deployment and monitoring of infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor team members on best practices and technical improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure design, data engineering, or cloud architecture.
• Strong experience with AWS (or similar), Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless computing.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data lakes.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
