Product Manager

A successful global company in the Trust & Safety domain is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. The company develops an AI-driven SaaS platform designed to filter and remove harmful content from the internet. Their real-time low-latency system identifies and acts against abusive activity in the public internet space, protecting users and organizations from harm (e.g., fake news, antisemitism, hate speech, abuse, and more). The platform supports massive scale operations.

Headquartered in Ramat Gan, near a train station and light rail, the company offers a hybrid work model with three work-from-home days (Sunday and Tuesday in the office). With over 300 global employees.

The company has raised over $100 million and boasts major paying customers from its inception, operating independently of investor funding.

Role Overview:

• The position involves managing an Enterprise B2B SaaS product, reporting to the Director of Product Management.
• You will join a team with another Product Manager handling different domains.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading integrations and APIs between the company and its global clients in a customer-facing role.
• Building product roadmaps and strategy.
• Conducting market research and collaborating with R&D, UI/UX teams, and designers.
• The company’s customers rely entirely on the API interface for data exchange, and this role will focus on managing the integration for two core products.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in product management with a focus on Enterprise B2B SaaS products; experience in T&S or cybersecurity platforms is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record of creating roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working directly with global Enterprise B2B customers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in building enterprise-grade web applications and analytics dashboards.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana.
