Research and Development Project Manager

R&D Project Manager:

• Lead development projects through matrix management of a multidisciplinary development team.

• Plan, manage, and monitor the product development activities from the project initiation stage to full product maturity.

• Communicate proactively with various R&D teams on updates, milestones, deliverables & to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Client relationship management: point of contact for all the customer needs.

Main requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical \ Electrical engineering \ Computer Engineering – must have

• 5+ years of project management experience including: customer facing, scope, plan, schedule, resources, budget, quality, and risk management.

• Experience multi-disciplinary system (Mechanical & Electrical & SW Embedded product).

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate people.

• Creative with a can-do attitude, and problem-solving skills.
