Project Manager

Our company is looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our awesome R&D Department. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards for project management practices across the company.

Curiosity and a hunger for knowledge are a must, as you'll constantly be exploring methodologies to improve processes and ensure the highest standards of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex projects and all the people it takes to complete them. This includes scheduling meetings, setting deadlines, liaising with internal departments, creating documentation, creating mockups, and demonstrating diplomatic skills.

Define and implement a project management excellence framework to raise the bar and improve project management efficiency across the organization.

Provide tools and information continuously to different departments to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing technological software or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as: Trello, Jira, Asana or equivalent.

Fluent level of English, and good communication skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of tools such as: Figma, Sketch, XD or equivalent is considered an advantage.

Experience with tourism-related projects is considered an advantage.
