About The Role

We're looking for a Treasury Manager to manage liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks for the business. You'll lead the Treasury team in delivering and maintaining an effective treasury function for a new retail banking entity.

While creating and maintaining processes and procedures for capital, liquidity, and balance sheet management, you'll support the business on strategic planning, regulatory compliance, product development, and P&L optimisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the initiation and implementation of effective strategies to optimise capital, liquidity, and funding allocation
• Monitoring and managing capital and liquidity adequacy at group and subsidiary levels
• Overseeing regulatory reporting for treasury functions
• Supporting the company's strategy by owning treasury-related analysis on local market initiatives
  
  

• 7+ years of experience building treasury processes and controls
• In-depth treasury experience and assets liability management capabilities within financial services industry
• Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
• The ability to understand complex financial concepts and break them down into smaller pieces
• A bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or maths
