Media Buyer

We are seeking an experienced media buyer to join our programmatic media buying team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in programmatic media buying coupled with a startup mindset.

Founded in 2007, Media Force is a group of ad technology and product experts operating a private marketplace capable of massive scale, reach, and speed.

With a focus on performance, we are a diverse team with experience in mobile app installs, lead generation, e-commerce, media optimization, and content.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and measure the performance of our digital marketing campaigns in our RTB

department.

• Conduct deep analysis of campaign data sets to derive actionable insights and contribute to

data-driven decision-making processes.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Demand, and Business Intelligence teams to develop unique

strategies that improve quality scores and provide us with a competitive advantage.

• Collaborate with channel leaders across other key acquisition channels to ensure alignment

and find opportunities to accelerate overall business growth.

• Research and evaluate growth opportunities, and prioritize the most impactful projects,

business intelligence, and technical requirements.

• Be an end-to-end channel owner, which includes tracking, measurement, attribution,

optimization, and automation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in AdTech - Must
• Fluent English – Must
• Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• In-depth Knowledge of Ad Platforms: Proficiency in utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DSPs, or similar ad tech tools is highly desirable.
• Experience in Excel and business intelligence tools
