Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

A Fast growing Start Up seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Manual QA Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and usability of the products throughout their lifecycle. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and maintain product stability across all releases.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end quality throughout the product lifecycle, from initial specification to deployment and monitoring.
• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases to validate product functionality and performance.
• Define, implement, and maintain regression tests to ensure product stability across releases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer-Facing teams to ensure quality and usability.
• Play a key role in optimizing development and testing processes to continuously enhance product quality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Manual QA Engineer (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in planning and writing test documentation (STP, STD).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira and TestRail.
• Familiarity with development tools, logs, and basic debugging techniques.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A team player with a collaborative spirit.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Playwright.
• Proficiency in REST API testing using tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with NLP and/or Computer Vision products.
