Operations and HR Manager

Axon Pulse is a growing technology startup that specializes in advanced signal processing techniques using AI and Deep Neural Networks. Our technology enhances traditional sensors performance, such as radar, and provides enhanced detection, classification, and tracking capabilities.

We are seeking an Operations and HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of operations that are critical to the success of our company, including:

• Led day-to-day HR activities throughout the Axon Pulse employee life cycle.
• Overseeing operations that contribute to company success.
• Managing the office administration, organization, and company procurement needs.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing the company's HR strategy plan.
• Recruiting and managing the job application process.
• Streamlining and managing processes for critical operational tasks.
• Managing financial processes, including the preparation, submission, and follow-up of financial documents to ensure efficient and accurate handling by customers and internal teams.
• Monitoring and updating status reports while proactively engaging with relevant parties to ensure timely progression.
• Providing HR advice and support to employees and managers.
• Organizing employee welfare events.
• Handling day-to-day office administration and organization.
• Managing the company's procurement needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social studies or management.
• Proficient in MS Office and other IT applications.
• Previous similar experience in a startup company.
• Working knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience with customer-facing activities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including persuasion, enthusiasm, reliability, organization, proactivity, and commitment to discretion.
• Strong customer-facing, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• A structured and hands-on approach with attention to detail, while maintaining an overview and big-picture perspective.
