We’re looking for an experienced Chief Enterprise Architect to shape the technological strategy of a leading organization. This high-impact role involves managing a team of 30 architects, driving application architecture strategies, defining methodologies, and overseeing the integration of cutting-edge systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide architecture strategies with a focus on application architecture.
• Lead and mentor a team of 30 architects across distributed teams.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and oversee system development.
• Collaborate across departments on strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and prioritize organizational technological needs.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, with expertise in application architecture.
• Proven experience with microservices, cloud-native development, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with GenAI, Kubernetes, and ITIL processes.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication in Hebrew and English.
