Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of groundbreaking solutions in digital health.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and algorithm teams to design and deliver AI-driven scheduling and resource allocation solutions, incorporating optimization algorithms, constraint programming, and network science.
• Work closely with clients to understand their workflows and pain points, translating these into actionable product requirements.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, sales, and customer success to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of product features.
• Stay informed about market trends in SaaS, AI/ML/DL, and digital health, ensuring Opmed.ai remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Lead product lifecycle activities, from concept and design to delivery, iteration, and support.
• Ensure all products meet high standards of quality, performance, and usability.

Qualifications (Must-Have):

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS: Proven track record in managing software-as-a-service products.
• 4+ years in Digital Health: Deep understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and challenges.
• 4+ years with AI/ML/DL solutions: Hands-on experience working with or managing AI-driven solutions.
• Fluent/Native English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantages):

• Mission-critical solutions: Experience in products where reliability and precision are critical.
• Resource Allocation & Scheduling: Familiarity with systems or tools for resource planning and scheduling optimization.
• Optimization Expertise: Knowledge of optimization algorithms, constraint programming, and network science in real-world applications.
• Technical Expertise: Background in engineering or hands-on experience with algorithms, enabling a deeper understanding of technical challenges.
