Recruitment Specialist

Unilever Israel, a global company, is looking for a Temporary Recruiter for 6 Months with an option.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job brief to contract

• Job posting, CV screening, interviews, reference checks, and salary offers

• Collaborate with managers, candidates, and staffing agencies

• Creative sourcing for diverse roles

• Track progress, report, and optimize processes

• Lead recruitment events and special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory

• recruiting experience in industry positions, such us production, drivers, mechanics engineering, etc.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Adam Total system – an advantage

• Strong time management and multitasking skills, ability to face challenges and work through them towards success.
