Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization's computer network, manage the IT team, and ensure the smooth functioning of all technological systems. This role involves budget management, policy creation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure and communications systems.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s computer network.
• Manage a team of system administrators and IT security implementers.
• Set and enforce policies related to IT operations, network security, and system usage.
• Manage budgets related to IT infrastructure and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution for IT issues.

Requirements:

• Experience managing a network with 500+ workstations and remote branches – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of team management experience – mandatory.
• Strong technological expertise and hands-on knowledge in IT systems and infrastructure – mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware, including troubleshooting and installation of Office products, Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Networking, Active Directory, Unix, and Oracle Databases.
• Expertise with Windows Server 2019/2022, Windows 10/11, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in EXCHANGE – mandatory.
• Familiarity with NETAPP systems – mandatory.
• Expertise with VMware and VMware VDI – mandatory.
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English – mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology – an advantage.
• Knowledge of ARUBA systems – an advantage.
• Certifications in Linux (RHCE, LPIC), Unix, etc. – an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills, patience, excellent interpersonal relations, precision, and leadership abilities.
