We are seeking a highly motivated Service Processes Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for the development of the service processes that support all the back office service functions including contracts, renewals, customer support, workflow design and implementation and training the service team and relevant stakeholders on these processes.

What you will be doing:

MRI protocols support and R&D

• Development of Imaging protocols to be used with MR-guided therapy procedures.
• Translation, facilitation, and optimization of imaging protocols across MRI vendors.
• Imaging quality testing ,analysis and conducting reports, for newly developed imaging protocols.
• Limited traveling abroad.

Imaging analysis and resolution of imaging deficiencies raised by clinical therapy centers.

• Analyze and investigate imaging deficiencies that arise at clinical centers.
• Communicate and training of imaging improvements to clinical centers.

What you have:

• B.sc in physics/chemistry/engineering
• M.Sc. in MRI research
• At least 3 years of experience in the industry.
• High level of English and communication skills - speaking and writing.

Advantages:
