Event Manager

The Event Manager's role includes planning, organizing, and executing events that enhance the 1inch brand and engage our diverse community. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in event management, a solid understanding of the crypto and DeFi ecosystem, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute small-to-large-scale events, including conferences, meetups, and brand activations, ensuring alignment with 1inch’s strategic goals
• Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor negotiations, budgeting, registration, and on-site coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging events that resonate with traditional Fintech and DeFi communities
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure all contracts, agreements, and financial transactions related to events comply with internal policies and external regulations
• Work with the marketing team to develop pre- and post-event promotion strategies, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement
• Merchandise strategy and planning of merch supply for the events within the deadlines
• Merchandise coordination at the events. Coordination of on time deliveries
• Measure event success through KPIs like attendance, engagement, and ROI
• Prepare post-event reports and recommend improvements for future events

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in event management
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with the blockchain, crypto, and DeFi sectors
• Understanding of industry-specific trends, terminology, and audiences
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Creative mindset to design unique event experiences
