Job Description:

A leading company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist for a challenging and engaging role providing IT services and technical support at the company's sites and branches. Responsibilities include routine maintenance of workstations, printers, internal and external communication systems, backup operations, maintenance of cybersecurity applications, and end-user support.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of workstations, printers, and network systems.
• Operation and monitoring of backups and maintenance of security applications.
• Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting issues at the company's sites and branches.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical support and IT role – required.
• Professional certifications such as MCSA/MCSE/MCITP – required.
• Proficiency with Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365 – required.
• Basic knowledge of networking – required.
• Experience with Terminal Server environments – required.
• Familiarity with VPN and Fortigate – an advantage.
• Experience with VMWARE and VEEAM Backup & Replication – an advantage.
• Familiarity with the MacOS operating system – a significant advantage.
• Knowledge in cybersecurity, including Firewall Fortigate – an advantage.
