As the Lead Product Manager at FINQ, you’ll play a key role in ideating, launching, and scaling our products. Reporting directly to the VP Product, and collaborating closely with our Founder and CEO, Eldad Tamir. You’ll take ownership of major product areas, translating strategic vision into market-ready solutions.

For a great product leader, we don’t need to explain the details—you already know what to do. From engaging with customers to driving performance improvements, you’ll have the autonomy to make an impact. We’re here to support you in bringing your best work to life.

This is an IC role requiring leadership, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple interfaces while leading initiatives to success. As the first product lead in the company, you’ll shape the foundation of our product team while driving key innovations.

• Exceptional Product Leadership: A proven track record of excellence in previous roles, with the ability to demonstrate it during the interview process. The bar is high! 
• Experience: Over 5 years in product management, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
• B2C Expertise: Significant experience as a B2C product manager (or B2B2C), with a deep understanding of the individual customer mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Finance Passion: Experience in wealthtech is a plus, but a strong interest in finance and investments is essential.
• Startup Mindset: Prior work in a startup environment is an advantage.
• Team Player: Great interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach—you’re someone people love to work with.
• UX Enthusiasm: A keen eye for design and significant experience in UX leadership is a strong advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable with KPIs, OKRs, conversion and retention analysis, and user behavior insights created from data.
