Experienced Bookkeeper

Job Description:

• Oversee accounting records up to the trial balance stage.
• Manage journal entries, financial tracking, reconciliations, and collections.
• Conduct monitoring, auditing, and reconciliations with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain full control and oversight of the company’s finances.
• Process supplier payments, reconcile bank accounts, and manage multi-currency payment systems.
• Prepare financial reports, including accounting provisions.
• Handle regulatory reporting, including tax returns (withholding tax, VAT, income tax, Form 856).
• Embrace and implement new processes and procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper or financial analyst in the fintech/payments industry.
• Certification as a Bookkeeper (Level 2 or higher).
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Familiarity with Business Central (BC) software is an advantage.
• Ability to understand and manage complex processes with a proactive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
• High attention to detail, precision, independence, and responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with dedication and persistence.
