About the Role: As our R&D Group Leader, you’ll lead a talented team of 6-8 Fullstack Developers, guiding them through complex and rewarding projects. You’ll partner with product management and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Shape the technical vision, manage the full development lifecycle, and mentor your team.

What You Bring:

4+ years in software development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Mastery in JavaScript, including TypeScript.
Experience with Microservices architecture, event sourcing, and modern frameworks.
Knowledge in Elasticsearch is a plus!
