ERP & IT Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly independent ERP & IT Solutions Specialist to join our team. This is a unique, stand-alone position in the organization, reporting directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will be an expert in ERP systems, with a strong focus on the Priority system, and possess a solid understanding of IT solutions. The role requires someone who can work autonomously and handle a variety of technical and ERP-related tasks, given that the CFO lacks deep expertise in IT and Priority systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Priority System Maintenance: Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the Priority ERP system, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
• Needs Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs, define requirements, and ensure they are met effectively.
• Module Development (Optional): Experience in developing modules within the Priority system is highly beneficial, but external suppliers can be engaged for development work if needed.
• IT Solutions Development: Define and implement short and long-term IT solutions to support the company’s growth. Enhance and develop IT infrastructure.
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of various IT systems across the company to ensure smooth operations and data flow.
• Vendor Management: Manage external suppliers and service providers related to IT services and ERP systems.
• IT Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the IT asset inventory, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and properly maintained.
• User Setup and Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and integrations with hardware such as printers.
• Technology Upgrades: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, recommending new solutions to keep the company’s IT infrastructure up-to-date.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for IT-related issues and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in managing and maintaining ERP systems, specifically Priority (a significant advantage).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, solutions, and implementation strategies.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Experience with IT support, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
• Familiarity with vendor management and working with external service providers.
• Ability to adapt to changing technology needs and environments.

Desired Skills (Optional but Preferred):

• Experience in developing modules within the Priority system.
• Knowledge of IT solutions implementation for both short-term and long-term goals.
• Familiarity with the latest developments and trends in the IT and ERP fields.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in ERP systems, IT infrastructure, or related areas (a plus).
