Business Operations Senior Associate (Accounting & Financing)

You will be responsible for:

• Manage ongoing communication with customers, and deliver timely support via email to ensure the resolution of inquiries and concerns.
• Manage customers’ books and validate their accuracy, combining automation and manual tasks.
• Provide comprehensive product support, assist customers with inquiries on using our platform, and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer professional questions and work closely with the Customer Support team.
• Provide feedback to the Product team and support building and improving our product.

Requirements:

• BA in accounting and finance from a leading institute is a must. CPA experience from one of the Big 4 accounting firms is an advantage.
• Tech orientation, comfortable working with digital tools. Experience working at a tech company is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to self-learning are essential.
• Proactive team player who can work independently and lead teams and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end processes.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
