Salesforce System Analyst

CloudTech by Yael Group is hiring an experienced Salesforce System Analyst!

We are looking for a talented professional to analyze client needs, present advanced technological solutions, and provide expert evaluations during scoping and sales processes.

Job Description:

• Understand client requirements and design tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify business needs that Salesforce can address.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including High-Level and Detailed Design specifications.
• Present Salesforce solutions to clients, including demonstrations and in-person meetings.
• Prepare technical and business requirement documents.
• Offer insights and feedback to project managers on challenges and proposed solutions.
• Work with development teams to ensure alignment between client needs and delivered solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce systems analysis.
• Background in pre-sales, including presenting solutions to clients and strong public speaking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Community.
• Familiarity with form tools (e.g., Titan, Documotion).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to manage challenges and effectively engage with diverse clients.
